management, sales and marketing; benefiting Employees and Communities surrounding the mine's operations in Boshoek.
EGML was appointed as Contractor’s Representative / Project Manager delivering regulatory approvals, design, engineering and planning outputs, and a serviced and built residential township for people to move into.

MAGARENG RESIDENCE RENOVATION
The Magareng Residence Renovation / Upgrade was implemented in Rustenburg and entailed the conversion of old hostels into one-man-per-room
residential dwellings as per Mining Charter.
The project was completed with 1033 units converted, benefiting employees of Impala Platinum Ltd.
The appointment for Project Management covered the following scope; regulatory approvals, design, engineering and planning
outputs and renovated and occupied buildings.
